As a result, participants will be ready to get to grips with AI tools and techniques to enhance donor engagement, streamline fundraising operations and drive greater impact for their causes.

This course is for any and all fundraisers with an interest in the ethics of their professional practice.

This course is designed to equip your organisation’s fundraisers with a much broader and in-depth understanding of fundraising ethics that will lead to better and more consistent decision making. 

 
Data Literacy for Fundraisers

This course is designed to empower fundraisers with the knowledge and skills to harness the power of data for good. 

By demystifying data concepts, providing practical tools and fostering a data-driven mindset, this course will equip fundraisers to make informed decisions, tell compelling stories and ultimately drive greater impact in their communities.

 

How to access the courses

Please follow these steps to access the on-demand courses. 

  1. Log in to your account and ensure your account is linked with your organisation. If you need to link to your organisation, you'll need to update your address to the head office / HQ address of your organisation. If you're not sure if your organisation is a member, or which address has been used, please contact our membership team. 
  2. When logged in, come back to this page and click the Book Now button for the course you would like to do. 
  3. Fill in the details and once you have booked the course, the course content will become visible on the course information page. 

If you have any issues, please first check that you have booked on to the course correctly. Completed bookings will be visible in your account dashboard under the Past Bookings tab on the Bookings section.
