Charity fundraisers face mounting challenges from societal shifts, the cost of living crisis and growing demands on charitable services. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers powerful tools to help charities innovate, personalise donor approaches and boost productivity.  Used irresponsibly, however, these tools can damage reputations and harm society.

This course, "Responsible Artificial Intelligence for Fundraising," empowers fundraisers, communications professionals and their leadership teams - regardless of prior AI experience - with the knowledge and skills to use AI with wisdom and integrity. Through four comprehensive online modules, participants will gain a solid grounding in AI fundamentals, explore its practical applications in fundraising (like personalised donor communications and trend analysis) and learn to navigate potential risks like data privacy concerns and algorithmic bias.

By the end of this course...
