With over 20 years’ experience in fundraising and supporter engagement, I work with charities to develop their fundraising, strengthen supporter and volunteer engagement and navigate change. I bring a practical values-led approach combining strategic thinking with hands-on attitude to make things happen. I particularly enjoy helping people and teams build their confidence and capability, whether that’s developing a fundraising strategy, diversifying income, improving approaches to supporter engagement or embedding new ways of working. I also support individuals through training, coaching and practical support, helping them put their learning into practice.
