Fundraising in Action - Learn. Reflect. Apply.
23 March 2027 8:30am - 5:30pm, Royal National Hotel London
How do you get colleagues behind your fundraising? Where can AI take work off your plate? What makes supporters stay? And where might you be making it harder for people to support your cause?
Fundraising in Action brings fundraisers together to tackle these everyday challenges, strengthen their skills and discover practical ways to make their fundraising more effective.
Who is it for?
Fundraisers at every career stage, from those developing their confidence and skills to experienced practitioners, managers and team leaders looking to improve their practice, explore new approaches and learn from others.
What will you gain?
- Practical skills you can use: Strengthen how you communicate, influence colleagues, make decisions and use AI effectively in your everyday work.
- Better supporter experiences: Explore what helps people connect with your cause, what encourages them to stay and how to remove barriers to giving.
- A plan to put learning into practice: Learn from experienced fundraisers, exchange ideas with peers and identify realistic changes you can make when you return to work.

How the programme works
The day includes a shared opening and closing plenary, alongside two parallel tracks of practical sessions.
Delegates will be able to choose sessions from either track, allowing them to focus on the topics most relevant to their role and development needs.
The closing plenary will bring everyone back together to reflect on the day's learning and identify practical actions to take forward.
From Learning to Action
You'll finish the day by reflecting on what you've learned, identifying the ideas most relevant to your work and developing a practical plan for putting them into action.
Come ready to learn, reflect and leave with something useful to apply.
