I have 30 years of experience in building and leading highly-successful teams across fundraising, philanthropy and not-for-profit marketing, in major UK institutions as well as small start-up charities. Today, through my consultancy practice Jukes Associates, I advise and support my clients to achieve their fundraising ambitions.

I held positions in medical research and health charities, arts and heritage organisations and in higher education and schools, delivering year-on-year income growth, achieving substantial campaign targets as well as personally securing many seven-figure plus gifts. Now I'm dedicated to sharing my knowledge, skills and experience with my clients.
