That was how Sarah Tite opened one of the most personal sessions of this year's Fundraising Convention. 

When she asked delegates to raise their hands if they wanted more joy in their working life, every hand in the room went up.

By the time she asked who was working more hours than they were paid for, who felt everything on their to-do list was a priority, and who was simply trying to get through to the weekend, the hands stayed up. It set the tone for a session that clearly struck a chord with the room.
