Every quarter, we bring together fundraisers who know exactly what it's like to wear every hat — so you can share experiences, swap ideas, and build connections that matter. Each 45-minute session is hosted by a member of the CIOF team, with small group breakouts so you get real conversation. Drop into your next session and find your people.

Format of the session

During the session there will be three virtual rooms to select from:

·                protecting your wellbeing

·                managing workloads

·                managing expectations

In the virtual room you'll be invited to discuss the topic and your experiences - what have you tried? What worked? What would you avoid? 

We'll then invite everyone back into the main room where we'll collectively share the key points from each room. 

Your CIOF hosts will then show you where you can find support, resources and more to help you with these topics. 

Who should attend this session?

Fundraisers working in small charities or as part of small teams, any fundraisers working solo, freelance fundraisers etc.
