The Influence and Impact for Women in Leadership programme, is aimed at senior women in fundraising leadership roles who are looking to become brilliant at influencing senior stakeholders, would like to tackle self-doubt for good and make even more impact at work.

Standard Content

Working alone in a school the Impact and Influence course helped me to feel more confident about my role, the way I approach my work and how I communicate with senior stakeholders. It was interesting to meet others in the NFP sector and how we all have similar issues. I love Carla Millers podcast to reassure and 'lift me up' when I need some reassurance.

Emma Styles, Head of Development at Colyton Grammar School

How is it delivered?

The 3 month virtual programme includes:

  • 6X 90minute group coaching calls delivered via Zoom (see bottom of the page for dates and times).

  • 2X 1hour peer coaching calls delivered via Zoom- Talk through your challenges, hear others' experiences, build your network and practice your coaching skills with two of your peers.(see bottom of the page for dates and times).

  • Participants on the programme will also receive a copy of the book Closing the Influence Gap, by Carla Miller.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

The course is being delivered via the online platform zoom. To enable you to interact with your tutor and your class you will need to have access to a microphone (or access to a landline phone) and ideally have a working video link via a camera. To test compatibility with your system, you can join a test meeting via this link https://zoom.us/test

I am grateful to come away with great resources, key reframings of my working life and more confidence in tackling the challenges I encounter day to day.
