Having a clear fundraising strategy is essential to keep your organisation or department on track with its fundraising goals and to get the best returns from your time, effort and budget. Run over two days, this comprehensive course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and techniques to develop and successfully implement a great fundraising strategy, asking and then helping you to answer “Where are you now?” “Where do you want to be?” and “How are you going to get there?”

The two days were really engaging and Gill created a really friendly space where people could openly discuss their thoughts. The two days cover everything from the foundations of writing a fundraising strategy to the details of different tools and analysis needed, so it is perfect for people of every level.
