The Chartered Institute of Fundraising Policy area is your one-stop shop for guidance, resources, reports, data and insights - all designed to assist best practice in your fundraising activities.

We work with key stakeholders across the UK - including the Fundraising Regulator, the Charity Commission for England and Wales, the Scottish Fundraising Adjudication Panel, OSCR, Westminster and the devolved governments - to champion fundraising and ensure the voices of our members are heard.

We engage with parliamentarians, respond to consultations, lobby for legislative changes to benefit the sector and more.

If you want to speak to the team about anything policy, public affairs or communications related, you can reach out by emailing policy@ciof.org.uk - we'll aim to get back to you within 5 working days, however if your query is urgent please let us know and we'll do our best to respond you as quickly as possible.
