I’m a strategic fundraising consultant specialising in creating “cultures of philanthropy”. I specialise in building fundraising capacity, audits, strategies, training & developing trustee boards, creating individual giving & major donor programmes. 

With twenty years experience working in the arts, culture, science, higher education & media sectors including the British Museum, Young Vic Theatre, Royal Institution, Imperial College London. And most recently heading up Individual Giving at the Guardian News & Media. 

I am Trustee of Southwark Park Galleries and an Executive Coach supporting mid to senior managers with leadership challenges. I am also Co-Founder of the Women of Colour Global Network, an organisation supporting the advancement of women of colour in the workplace.
