In this one day digital fundraising strategy course, we will explore a variety of processes and tools to help you develop a strategic plan for your digital fundraising activity.

Standard Content

Whilst many charities now embrace digital tools and platforms, determining where to invest time and resources, and how to connect platforms, online and offline approaches for the greatest impact, can remain a challenge.

This course draws on a variety of marketing techniques applied to the charity and fundraising context to help fundraising staff understand how to optimise their use of digital tools and plan activity effectively.

Exploring your existing skills and resources, organisational goals and objectives, as well your target supporter groups, you will work through a set of steps to help you structure an approach that will refine and organise your digital planning to achieve your desired outcomes.

You will leave with an understanding of the key actions you need to take to plan and deliver your digital strategy for the coming months, and some tips and advice to save time and increase reach.

I thought the course was excellent. It has given me the confidence and tools to be able to set out analysis of our in-memory landscape and to also build a persuasive argument to convince budget holders. I think it's great that the course finishes with you making an action list to hold yourself accountable and make yourself reflect on what you have done.
