In this one day course, we will explore the digital landscape and its relevance to fundraising.

Standard Content

There’s no escaping the growth in digital opportunities for charities and fundraisers, and with digital giving growing year on year, charities need to offer a mix of online and offline fundraising opportunities in order to remain competitive. But with so many options available, knowing where to invest time and resources in digital can be a challenge.

This course will help you navigate the digital landscape and understand the relevance of a variety of digital tools and platforms to your fundraising activity. From tools to help you engage with your audience (such as social media and email marketing providers), to services that help you solicit donations, we will look at which can be used at each stage of your fundraising cycle and how they can be used successfully alongside offline fundraising methods. You will leave with an understanding of which digital options would be best for your charity, and a selection of examples, tools, and practices you can use to kickstart your digital fundraising activity.

The course is essential for understanding digital fundraising, tools and techniques that can be used. The trainer's knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication to helping participants to understand the topic is impressive. I would wholeheartedly recommend it as a "must-attend" course.
