A special award for an outstanding individual in the early stages of their career. This person could be highly professional, an inspiration to others, committed to getting things done, able to effectively communicate complex analysis, willing to go that extra mile, or simply being a fantastic support or team player.
Criteria - We are looking for excellence in learning, development and collaboration with wider teams as well as evidence of performing beyond expectations. You will be able to show examples of where you have achieved significant results, worked to overcome obstacles or worked in close collaboration with others to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Applications for the Insight in Fundraising group awards will be accessed by the judging panel which is made up of members of the Chartered Institute Insight in Fundraising group committee members and third parties invited by the Chartered Institute Insight in Fundraising group.
The judging panel will use the information you provide to process your application and come to agreement about the outcome.
Information from your application will also be used during the event and post event for promotional purposes and may appear on our website and social media posts.
Application forms will be kept until 14 October 2024 after which they will be securely destroyed.
