Insight in Fundraising Awards - Charity Team of the year

This award is for a team of highly motivated and professional individuals who have worked well in strong collaboration to deliver a highly regarded insight and analytics programme in their charity organisation. This is open to teams from charities of all sizes – small, medium and large!

Criteria - We are looking for excellence in team leadership, collaboration and development. You will be able to show examples of where your team have achieved significant results, worked together to overcome obstacles or worked in close collaboration with others.

The Chartered Institute of Fundraising of Canopi, 82 Tanner Street, London SE1 3GN is the data controller. 

Applications for the Insight in Fundraising awards will be accessed by the judging panel which is made up of members of the Insight in Fundraising committee members and third parties invited by the Chartered Institute Insight in Fundraising committee. 

The judging panel will use the information you provide to process your application and come to agreement about the outcome. 

Information from your application will also be used during the event and post event for promotional purposes and may appear on our website and social media posts. 

Application forms will be kept until October 14 2026 after which they will be securely destroyed.

Why should your team win? Please provide a summary of what sets your team apart from the rest of the field (200 words max)
Describe the role that the team performs for its fundraising organisation. What are the challenges faced by the organisation that lead to the team's involvement, and what kind of goals does it set out to achieve? (200 words max)
What is special or unique about the way in which the team has worked together to achieve their goals? How have they supported the organisation and what issues have they faced and how did they overcome them? Give examples where relevant (300 words max)
Please provide evidence of your team working well together and achieving more than the sum of its parts. We are looking for evidence of clear objectives, the development of team members and strong collaboration both within the team and with other colleagues. We are particularly looking to see where a research or insight team has worked together to make a real impact on the fundraising organisation. (300 words max)
Please provide a short summary of your overall entry - this summary may be published in awards emails, the CIof website or other marketing materials if your entry is successful (100 words max)
