Scottish Major Donor
The Scottish Major Donor group connects fundraisers focused on high-value giving and philanthropy, offering guidance, networking and events tailored to major donor work in Scotland.
Our group brings together major donor fundraisers from a wide range of backgrounds including the arts, higher education and the third sector. We offer a great forum for sharing information, learning and networking with your fundraising peers. We focus on a different aspect of major donor fundraising at each meeting and invite speakers (including experienced fundraisers, consultants, trustees and donors) along to give new and interesting perspectives on the world of philanthropy. We meet around four times a year.
We welcome anybody interested in raising money through major donor fundraising and encourage those with little or no experience to attend, as well as those who have been working in philanthropy for some time.
