Insight in Fundraising Awards - Data Hero

Standard Content

This award recognises a champion of data whose contribution is essential but not always publicly acknowledged.  Often working in smaller fundraising organisations or in less senior roles, this individual may be coordinating internal data efforts, supporting teams across the organisation, or transforming the way data is used to drive impact — all with a focus on enabling success across the board.

Criteria - We are looking for individuals who have gone above and beyond in using data to support fundraising success. This could include implementing new data systems or technologies, improving processes, or playing a vital role in coordinating or managing data functions within their organisation. The emphasis is not on leading large-scale projects, but on making a measurable difference within their own organisation or team. This award is for those who may not be new to the sector, but whose dedication, expertise, and day-to-day impact with data deserve wider recognition.
