Mandi Hine Inclusivity Award
We are proud to remember our friend Mandi Hine’s commitment to equality, diversity and inclusivity as a priority in fundraising through the Mandi Hine Inclusivity Award.
The award is open to any individual, team or organisation in the West Midlands. The winner will be chosen based on the following criteria:
Being able to demonstrate an effective campaign/website/process/event implemented during the last two years, which has at the forefront, one or more of the following elements:
- Is accessible,
- Focuses on the inclusion of marginalised people or communities,
- Increases diversity of participants,
- Challenges structures which sustain inequality,
- Is sustainable, replicable or can be scaled up in future.
Rising Star
We are committed to developing new fundraisers in the West Midlands. Do you know someone who you consider to be a rising star in fundraising? If you think someone you work with in your charity or another fits the description of a rising star, please nominate them. This award is open to individuals working in the West Midlands charity sector, who began their role in the fundraising profession within the last two years.
Fundraiser of the Year
We are all proud fundraisers and want to recognise someone who has been a shining example of the best of the profession in the past year. This award is open to individuals working in the West Midlands charity sector, who have achieved over and above expectations this year.
