An individual consultant or small partnership who consistently helps fundraising organisations achieve exceptional results through best use of insight and data. Known for adding value through innovation and collaboration, this partner pioneers creative, cost-effective solutions while delivering outstanding client service.

Criteria - We are looking for excellence in individual partnership, collaboration, and client engagement across a portfolio of work. You should be able to demonstrate where the partner has personally delivered significant results for your clients and/or the wider fundraising sector. This category is specifically for individual consultants/sole practitioners or small partnerships and is not open to agencies or companies with 5+ employees. There is an alternate category for larger organisations with 5+ companies (Agency of the Year).

The Chartered Institute of Fundraising of Canopi, 82 Tanner Street, London SE1 3GN is the data controller. 

Applications for the Insight in Fundraising awards will be accessed by the judging panel which is made up of members of the Insight in Fundraising committee members and third parties invited by the Chartered Institute Insight in Fundraising committee. 

The judging panel will use the information you provide to process your application and come to agreement about the outcome. 

Information from your application will also be used during the event and post event for promotional purposes and may appear on our website and social media posts. 

Application forms will be kept until October 14 2026 after which they will be securely destroyed.

Why should your partner win? Please provide a summary of what sets your partner apart from the rest of the field. (200 words max)
Describe the role that the partner performs for its clients? What are the challenges faced by your clients and how do you set out to support them? (200 words max)
What is special or unique about the way in your partner works with your clients to achieve their goals? How have you supporter your clients, what issues have you faced and how did you overcome them? Give examples where relevant. (300 words max).
Summarise the key results and insights delivered by the work of your partner. Did results conform to expectations and if not, how? What benefits were delivered to your clients? (300 words max)
Please provide a short summary of your overall entry - this summary may be published in awards emails, the CIOF website or other marketing materials if your entry is successful (100 words max)
