Insight in Fundraising Awards - Most Powerful Use of Insight to Improve Supporter Experience

Standard Content

This award recognises outstanding use of insight to improve the supporter experience in a fundraising organisation. This could involve deepening understanding of supporter needs, motivations, or behaviours — and applying that insight to enhance supporter journeys, increase engagement, or build long-term loyalty. Whether the insight informed strategy, comms, stewardship, or digital experience, we’re looking for impact that puts supporters at the heart of fundraising.

Criteria – Entries should clearly demonstrate how insight led to a measurable improvement in the supporter experience. This might include increased engagement, satisfaction, retention, lifetime value or hearing directly from supporters about the impact this has had on them. Judges will be looking for evidence of a human-centred approach, effective application of findings, and clear impact on fundraising outcomes within the last 12 months.
