Kirsten is Development Manager at MAP (Music and Arts Production) Charity, an organisation that supports young people who have been excluded from mainstream education by providing life-changing skills, qualifications and work experience in the arts and creative industries. MAP Charity are mid-way through a £2.4 million capital project to permanently home the organisation alongside it's network of creative practioners at the appropriately named, Hope Foundry. She was previously Development Manager for Tobacco Factory Theatres, leading on Trust fundraising. Prior to that she held the role of Development Assistant at Arnolfini where she gained five years’ experience working across all aspects of fundraising.
Katherine is Development Manager at Alexandra Palace, building Trust and Statutory income to support Ally Pally’s arts and learning programmes and restore the historic palace and park. Following a career in the Civil Service, including work within ministerial office in the Department for Culture Media and Sport, Katherine has been fundraising for arts and culture for over ten years, specialising in both Trust and Individual fundraising at Art Fund and Soho Theatre.
