James Baddeley himself has spent the past 25 years working as a consultant and in senior management positions for dynamic charities and social businesses, delivering growth and excellence in each.
Key achievements include helping small charity clients generate over £12 million in new fundraised income mainly from charitable trusts and foundations, and helping grow the national advocacy charity, VoiceAbility from a small once a week community group in Cambridge into a multi-million pound charity with 10 separate regional services and 150 specialist staff.
As a fully certified member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, James holds a Diploma in Fundraising and also has Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
