I am a Fundraising Consultant and Coach with 15+ years’ experience across universities, charities, NGOs, and foundations. Previous positions include roles at Age UK, Victim Support, Action Against Hunger UK, the University of East London, METAdrasi, and the Bodossaki Foundation. At METAdrasi, I led the submission that contributed to METAdrasi securing the $2M Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize.

I work with CEOs, teams, and boards to develop evidence-led strategies, cases for support, and structured pipelines, while strengthening capacity and governance to support a healthy culture of philanthropy. I specialise in trusts and foundations, statutory funding, and high-net-worth engagement. My psychologically informed approach focuses on reflection, skills-building, and practical tools that help fundraisers and leaders make informed decisions and strengthen donor relationships, with the aim of supporting sustainable performance over time.

I serve as Mentoring Lead for the CIOF London and South East. Qualifications include an MA (Hons) Psychology (St Andrews), an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management (Bayes Business School), and a Diploma in Charity Accounting (ICAEW). I’m an RSA Fellow, an Associate Fellow of Advance HE, a Clore Social Leadership Fellow, and a member of the British Psychological Society Coaching Division and the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
