Juggling multiple responsibilities, fighting fires and trying to wrap your head around new techniques and best practice is hard. I fully understand that, and the resulting need for clear, direct and effective guidance. As you may tell from my tone, I take a relaxed, relational approach, where there are no silly questions or expectations of previous knowledge on your part. This also means you can expect projects to have built in flexibility, to move at your speed and have a focus on passing essential skills and experience to you and your team (paid or voluntary), so you don't need the same support twice. I also often work remotely so can help regardless of the distance between us. Strategy, fundraising and impact are my main areas of support, but if you need something different, just ask - I can at least be your starting point if I can't help directly.
