Tim Fieldsend is CEO of On Purpose Sàrl, the international consultancy and coaching practice dedicated to enabling the world’s leading organisations realise their financial goals and potential of their staff. An astute and enthusiastic professional, Tim is highly motivated and dedicated to developing organisations and people. Tim has a strong background of senior development roles, with responsibility for key assignments in international relationship building, communications and marketing.
With a background in resource mobilisation, development and strategy he has also served on the executive management boards of the International AIDS Society and the World Council of Churches. He has extensive experience developing and leading programmes with diverse, global organisations, including the United Nations, Oxfam, the Global Fund and the Red Cross.
Tim wrote the IFRC global fundraising guide, now the standard training tool for over 180 National Societies. He has also developed and facilitated strategic planning retreats and training programmes to corporate teams, boards, governance bodies, diplomats and international civil servants and charities.
Tim is a highly experienced and professionally qualified coach and facilitator, holding Professional Certified Coach accreditation with the International Coach Federation, and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
