Caroline has worked in the third sector for over 15 years as a fundraiser and volunteer manager firstly in the arts, then later for early years and children-focused charities - from small Scottish charities to large UK-wide ones. In her spare time, Caroline likes to explore the beautiful beaches of East Lothian, where she lives with her husband and two children, then head home to hibernate, do creative things and grow flowers.

Jessica has worked in various roles in fundraising and alumni relations at the University of Glasgow, starting as a Student Telephone Fundraiser in 2006. These roles provided experience in managing telethons, mass appeals and events, before Jessica specialised in international major giving in her current position. Jessica is also a Yoga Teacher and proud dog mum to her Miniature Schnauzer, Mabel.

Rachel Ketola

After studying Politics and International Studies at University Rachel headed to London to start her career in the charity sector. After roles at the Brain and Spine Foundation, International Childcare Trust, the Alzheimer's Society and a few years in Belfast at Queen’s University, Rachel moved back to Scotland and took up the role of Philanthropy Manager at Children’s Hospices Across Scotland.  When she’s not working, Rachel loves to travel, whether it’s around Scotland or the world. When she can't get away she loves to read travel books or cook up food in the kitchen. Malaysian cuisine is one of her favourites.
