  • Rachel Beresford

    Rachel is Partnerships Research Manager at Cancer Research UK and began this role in 2023. Previously, Rachel worked in prospect development at Alzheimer's Society. She has worked in fundraising for 7 years in community fundraising and supporter engagement roles, before moving into prospect research.

  • Dr Martyn Colebrook

    Dr Martyn Colebrook is Prospect Research Manager for Cancer Research UK. He joined in 2019 and has responsibility for the operational management of the Major Philanthropy Prospect Research function. In 2018 Martyn founded the Prospect Research and Data Forum: an information exchange event for fundraisers. His interest in fundraising was piqued following a temporary role as a Research Assistant in the University of Hull's Development and Alumni Relations Department. 

  • Violet Zaffalon

    Violet is the Prospect Research Manager at London's Air Ambulance Charity. Prior to joining the team in August 2023, she worked in the Philanthropy team at the British Heart Foundation, moving into prospect research in 2021. She is also currently studying for a BA in Classical Studies.

  • Efe Yeboah

    Efe is Prospect Research Manager at Moorfields Eye Charity where she works across Major Gifts, Trusts and Foundations, and Corporate Relations. Prior to this, she worked in prospect development for Florida International University in Miami and in commercial due diligence services for the institutional investment community.

  • Celia Owusu

    Celia Owusu is the Prospect Research Manager at Christian aid, a faith-based international development NGO, where she works across Major Gifts, Trusts and Foundations, and Private Sector Engagement. She has previously worked for King Edward VII Veteran Hospital, as the sole prospect researcher during a Capital appeal. In addition, Celia worked as a compliance, due diligence and project researcher for the Labour Party following her degree in Politics and international relations.

  • Nick Whiting

    Nick is Prospect Development Manager at Action for Children. He previously worked in prospect research at BBC Media Action and has a background in Supporter Care – working at ActionAid UK for six years.

  • Ella Luo

    Ella Luo is a Development Research Officer at the University of Manchester as part of the Prospect Research team. Prior to joining, she worked in community engagement and programming for cultural institutions in the North West.

  • Annabelle Fozard

    Annabelle is a Research Officer at the Royal Ballet and Opera, working in the Development and Advocacy department. Prior to joining the RBO, she worked at World Cities Culture Forum, a global cultural policy network, and at Christie's, a fine art auctioneers. Annabelle holds an MA in European Culture and Thought and is passionate about the arts.

  • Nathan Green

    Nathan is Development Services Officer at the Royal Shakespeare Company and has been with the Development department since January 2022. He assists with the crediting of donors, processing incoming payments, due diligence, and prospecting, and previously assisting with the admin and on-the-day support of donor events. Nathan has been with the Royal Shakespeare Company since 2015, previously being London Operations Co-Ordinator and, prior to this, a Bartender and Café Assistant. He has a degree in Business and Management from Aston University.
