Supporter Experience Committee Members

Ashley is a senior leader with 17 years’ experience in direct marketing and customer and brand experience. Having started her career in media and publishing, she moved to the charity sector in 2017, where she has worked in fundraising, marketing and supporter experience roles at organisations including Macmillan Cancer Support, Cancer Research UK and Leonard Cheshire. She is currently Head of Supporter Experience at Scope.

Pippa is a senior leader with over 15 years’ experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector working predominantly in fundraising. She has worked for a membership organisation, a small local charity and most recently Teenage Cancer Trust, where she focussed on streamlining fundraising processes and systems to ensure the supporter was always front and centre. Having started her career in scientific research then moved into publishing and project management she brings an interesting and eclectic set of skills to the charity sector! She is currently a consultant supporting the not-for-profit sector to develop fundraising operational efficiencies, always with an eye on building supporter loyalty through a great experience.

Working as the Senior Partnerships Executive for The Leprosy Mission, Sarah is passionate about ensuring supporters have an incredible time as an integral part of The Leprosy Mission family. With over 20 years working in the retail sector, predominately within customer service leadership roles, she can use this wealth of experience (and a bucketful of enthusiasm) to help connect our family members to people affected by leprosy. She loves showing them how they are transforming lives through their kindness, love and generosity.
