Lianne is the Global Legacy and In-Memory Manager for international animal welfare charity, Animals Asia. In her first role within the charity sector, she has been with them over 8 years; working in Supporter Care, Community Fundraising, Events and now Legacies. Her passion for the bears they rescue shines through in all that she does. Currently working remotely from Vietnam in a global role, Lianne spent 12 years previously in the Southwest living in Plymouth and then Bristol. Joining the committee in 2022 as Bursary Lead, she is delighted to now serve as Co-Chair.

Chloe is a creative leader who has worked across the arts and cultural sector. She is part of the senior leadership team at The Box, a newly transformed museum, gallery and archive in the heart of Plymouth. She specialises in organisational strategy, developing partnerships and engaging audiences to bring ambitious cultural experiences to the South West. Chloe heads The Box's engagement team, which works with communities to platform underrepresented voices across its programming, and has extensive experience as an accomplished grants fundraiser.

She is a member of the Museums Association Decolonisation Collective and an alumni of their Transformers leadership programme. Pursuing her passion for fundraising further, she is currently studying for her Diploma in Fundraising with the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.

Dan Fletcher has had a broad charity sector background since the mid-90s but started out as a food scientist for Nestlé UK. He held leadership roles in fundraising and marketing between 2000-2011, focusing on major gift fundraising from individuals, trusts and corporates. Since 2011 he has worked as a consultant across all nonprofit sectors, advising clients on strategy, governance, capital campaigns, delivering fundraising programmes, and reviewing fundraising processes. Over the years, he has held voluntary roles on different Chartered Institute of Fundraising committees, including the Cultural Sector Network. He currently sits on the Chartered Institute's Finance and Resources Board sub-committee and is treasurer of Greening Tetbury.

Mike is an experienced and successful fundraising leader and high-value fundraiser, with nearly 20 years experience as a senior fundraiser before moving into consultancy in 2016. In 2018 Mike Chaired the Institute of Fundraising Major Donor Conference in London. Mike returned to Julia’s House Children’s Hospice in 2020 as Deputy CEO. He has been a mentor on the Chartered Institute of Fundraising South West Mentoring Scheme for six years in a row and is now CIOF mentoring lead nationally, advising groups on setting up mentoring schemes. He is also the named EDI rep for the South West committee.

Emma has spent the past ten years working across the charity sector, supporting organisations of all sizes with training, fundraising development, and strategic growth. Her experience includes tutoring with the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy, the US-based Fundraising Standard, and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (CIOF), alongside roles as a short course trainer, speaker, Trustee, independent fundraiser, and consultant. 

For the past 18 months, Emma has been working as Fundraising Manager for an international water and sanitation organisation and is nearing completion of the CIOF’s International Advanced Diploma in Fundraising. Before entering the sector, she held eight years of university roles in stakeholder engagement, business development, and marketing, following an early career in Public Relations.

Emma is particularly passionate about supporting small charities. She has experience across digital fundraising, individual giving, legacy marketing, Trusts and Foundations, and strategic development. 

Tamsin is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the charity sector, specialising in fundraising across corporate, community, grants, trusts, and events. In addition to her extensive fundraising expertise, she brings 20 years of marketing experience across B2B, B2C, and nonprofit sectors. Currently working in the sports industry, Tamsin also consults for various small nonprofit organisations and recently launched her own nonprofit in memory of her husband, dedicated to supporting families with children when a parent/carer has a terminal illness. Her deep commitment to service and diverse skill set make her a valuable asset in both charitable and professional spaces.
