    Biography to come
  • Marco Polledri

Having been a self-employed businessman Marco has been involved with Charities and Non Profits of varying sizes as a trustee or non exec for almost twenty years often being the only member tasked with income generation. So it’s been a short step into more formal fundraising as a career. Often facing many of the same challenges about where the next revenue stream is coming from or how to keep up with an ever-changing environment. Marco now helps advise small charities and social enterprise groups.

  • Elsie Riley

Elsie is the Head of Development at Scottish Mountain Rescue. The first and sole fundraiser for the organisation, Elsie is responsible for leading and implementing the first fundraising strategy for this membership body representing the majority of Scotland's mountain rescue teams. Elsie was previously the first Fundraising Manager for Scotland for Crisis UK, and also held Fundraising Manager roles for Camphill Blair Drummond and Macmillan Cancer Support, giving her over 11 years' experience covering many aspects of fundraising. She is also a trustee for the Scottish Mountaineering Trust, a grant-making trust.

  • Ruth Greenberg

Ruth has worked in the charity sector for 20 years including managing a local charity and fundraising. She is now the Fundraising Manager at The Frozen Ark, an international charity that collects, preserves and stores DNA of endangered animals.
