  • Naomi Buckler

    Naomi has been involved with Christian charities all her life -  as a donor, fundraiser, volunteer, staff member, grant giver, and now consultant. She is all about creating and nurturing cheerful givers, and helping charities to ask creatively, passionately and well. 

  • Matthew Norris-Silva

    Matthew is Senior Key Relationships Executive and Key Relationship Program Manager at the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). In addition to his role as a fundraiser and a research fellow at the Bios Centre, he is also a trustee of Play2Give, an Oxfordshire-based community charity, and BMS World Mission. An advocate of ‘pastoral friendraising’, he is passionate about sparking joy through helping people align their generosity with what is on their hearts.

  • Chris Brown

    Chris is the Operations Director for Faith in Kids, responsible for all fundraising activity and strategy. He previously worked for Christians Against Poverty UK and Christians Against Poverty Canada. He has worked in fundraising for 7+ years as a generalist, involved in a variety of fundraising disciplines. He has worked in the charity sector for 16+ years and has significant senior leadership experience in large and small organisations. He is passionate about connecting generous people with worthy causes.

  • Josh Deveraj

    Josh is marketing co-ordinator at Open Doors but has already gained a wealth of experience having worked at the office for National Statistics, been a student fundraising ambassador, and taken part in the Leadership Intern Program at his church.

  • Robin Peake

    Robin Peake is the Director for Supporters at Wycliffe Bible Translators. He's also held senior fundraising roles at Home for Good and Innovista. He is passionate about generosity and giving supporters joyful experiences of giving.

  • Glynys Sykes

    Glynys has nearly 30 years’ experience of fundraising following an earlier career in communications.She has worked for several Christian organisations, many with an international focus. She has particular expertise in individual giving. She is a trustee of Housing Justice.

  • Naomi Campbell

    Naomi is the Grants and Partnerships Manager at Fields of Life, overseeing Major Gifts. She is passionate about connecting people with causes that are close to their hearts. She loves seeing the incredible, two-way impact that sacrificial generosity makes in God’s Kingdom.

  • Beth Read

    Beth Read is Head of Fundraising at Bible Society leading a wonderful team of fundraisers. She has worked in the charity for over 20 years with charities of all sizes, from large international charities to small local organisations. She loves to bring a data-evidenced approach to fundraising so charities can make an even greater impact.

  • Dani Knox

    Dani is an experienced fundraising consultant and coach with a lifelong dedication to the charity sector. With experience supporting charities of various sizes, Dani thrives on mentoring, training, and coaching individuals to excel in fundraising independently. Her greatest joy is witnessing their efforts translate into successful financial outcomes. Dani has collaborated with numerous organisations, predominantly within the Christian community, such as Youth for Christ, Urban Saints, Scripture Union, CPAS, and KICK.

  • Shawna Barnes-Scullion

    Shawna is Senior Philanthropy Manager at Mercy Ships UK but also has an interest in mentoring and training. Her background includes 12 years as a pastor, 4 years as a missionary in eastern Europe and more recently a Bishop

  • Elizabeth York

    Elizabeth has over 15 years of expertise in the charity world covering the breadth of the sector including change management, organisational design, funding streams, marketing and communications. She is currently Fundraising Team Leader at Church Army.

  • Grey Msonthi

    Individual Giving Manager at London City Mission, with wide experience in all areas of Individual Giving and campaign management.

  • Wendy Pawsey

    Head of Giving for Evangelical Alliance and recently published a book ‘Generous with a Capital G’. Wendy is ordained and has also recently started out as a fundraising consultant.

  • Emma Aylett

    Global Director of Partner Engagement at Convoy of Hope. Emma has extensive international experience, with over 15 years in the non-profit sector.

  • Adrian Gannon

    Director of Development at Stella Maris. Over 22 years of fundraising experience.

  • Tricia Rogers

    Tricia is CEO of the Kainos Community.
