Kirsten is Development Manager at MAP (Music and Arts Production) Charity, an organisation that supports young people who have been excluded from mainstream education by providing life-changing skills, qualifications and work experience in the arts and creative industries. MAP Charity are mid-way through a £2.4 million capital project to permanently home the organisation alongside it's network of creative practioners at the appropriately named, Hope Foundry. She was previously Development Manager for Tobacco Factory Theatres, leading on Trust fundraising. Prior to that she held the role of Development Assistant at Arnolfini where she gained five years’ experience working across all aspects of fundraising.
