Capital appeals require careful planning, strong governance and effective major donor cultivation. In this resource, capital appeal specialist, Andy Robin, draws on experience from major campaigns to share what truly drives success in large-scale fundraising. His reflections highlight the importance of early planning, whole-organisation support, strong prospect pipelines, and personal connection, offering practical guidance for fundraisers preparing to take on a capital appeal of any size.
