Apply to join our Fundraising Convention Board

After coming together for a successful Fundraising Convention at London’s QEII Centre in July, we are excited to be kicking off our planning for next year’s big event. Our first Board meeting will take place in September 2024.

Every year an amazing group of volunteers – fundraisers from all parts of our community – collaborate to curate and create an exciting programme of learning and insight for fellow fundraisers. Led by the chair of our Fundraising Convention Board, Jonathan Levy, we are looking to recruit a bunch of new fundraisers to join the team and help shape and deliver the programme for 2025. 

The Fundraising Convention Board's key responsibility is to shape and deliver excellent learning content for delegates. Board members are selected for their commitment and contribution to the sector, their knowledge, networks and desire to see the sector develop and improve. 

A key priority for us is to ensure that Fundraising Convention - the programme, speakers and delegates - reflects the diversity of our wider community. We therefore particularly welcome applications from ethnic minorities, disabled and LGBTQIA+ fundraisers, who are under-represented in our sector.
