Remote or hybrid working   

We’re proud to be a remote-first organisation, with colleagues based across the UK.  We also have a shared office space in central London, which is open to all staff.  

We meet in person around four times a year for all-staff events, and we’ll cover all reasonable associated travel and accommodation costs.   

 

Leave and Time Off 

Annual Leave  

You’ll get 25 days of annual leave (pro-rata for part-time roles), rising to:  

27 days after three years 

30 days after five years.   

Plus you’ll get 9 public/bank holidays each year (pro-rata for part-time roles). 

Volunteering Leave  

We offer up to 2 paid days per year to volunteer with a registered charity that aligns with our values.

Christmas Closure  

Our offices close over the Christmas period.  You don’t need to use your annual leave for this time off.  

 

Working Hours and Flexibility 

Flexible Working   

We support flexible working and will work with you to find an arrangement that suits your role and personal needs. This could include part-time hours, adjusted start/finish times, or compressed hours.  

Time Off In Lieu (TOIL)  

If you work additional hours (for example, at an event), you’ll be able to take TOIL to rest and recharge.  

Pension Scheme   

After 3 months, you’ll be enrolled in our group personal pension scheme: 

You contribute 2.66% of your salary. 

We contribute 5.35%.

If you choose to pay more, we’ll make a contribution of double the amount you pay up to a maximum of 7.5%.   

 

Learning and Development

You’ll agree a development plan with your manager when you join 

You’ll have regular check-ins to review and update your goals.  

You can access our short professional training courses and qualifications at no cost.
