We are delighted to offer a range of bursaries to enable more fundraisers to develop their skills and experience through attending Fundraising Convention

Bursary applications close on Friday, 14 March 2025.

  • Applicants will be notified if they are successful/unsuccessful by Tuesday, 8 April 2025.

  • The successful applicants will then be given until Tuesday, 6 May 2025 to accept/decline their bursary. 

Chartered Institute bursaries

The Mandi Hine bursary

This special bursary is offered in remembrance of Convention Board member Mandi Hine, with the goal of widening access to learning opportunities within the fundraising community.

The bursaries:

2 x one-day In-person ticket

 

Group Bursaries

Our volunteer-led groups are delighted to follow the offering bursaries:

Northern Ireland: 3 x On-demand package tickets
The Judith Rich OBE awarded by the Central South group: 2 x two-day In-person tickets
London and South East: 5 x one-day In-person tickets (applicants to choose day)
South West: 2 x one-day In-person ticket, (1 for Monday, and 1 Tuesday)
Event Fundraising: 1 x one-day In-person ticket (applicant to choose day)
Legacy and In-Memory: 1 x two-day In-person ticket
Major Donor: 1 x one-day In-person ticket, 1 x On-demand package ticket (applicant to choose day)

The Chartered Institute of Fundraising (Chartered Institute) of Canopi, 82 Tanner Street, London SE1 3GN is the controller.

The completed form will be accessed by Chartered Institute staff on a need to know basis. Your personal information will be removed and the form pseudonymised before it is submitted to the relevant Committee made up of Chartered Institute members who will decide whether or not to award a bursary. Your name and email address will only be shared with the relevant Committee if you are successful.

We will keep your form until all bursary offers have been accepted and will then delete it securely no later than 31 July 2025.
