We are delighted to offer a range of bursaries to enable more fundraisers to develop their skills and experience through attending Fundraising Convention

Bursary applications are now closed.

  • Applicants will be notified if they are successful/unsuccessful by Friday 10 May 

  • The successful applicants will then be given until Friday, 24 May to accept/decline their bursary.

The Mandi Hine Bursary

This special annual bursary is offered in remembrance of Convention Board member Mandi Hine, with the goal of widening access to learning opportunities within the fundraising community.

The bursaries:

  • 2 x one-day in-person tickets (applicants to choose day)

 

Northern Ireland

The bursaries:

  • 2 x one-day virtual tickets (applicants to choose day)

 

Chartered Institute Groups bursaries

The bursaries:

  • London and South East: 6 x one-day in-person tickets (applicants to choose day)
  • South West: 2 x one-day in-person ticket, 1 x one-day virtual ticket (applicants to choose day)
  • Major Donor: 1 x two-day in-person tickets, 1 x two-day virtual ticket
  • Corporate Fundraisers: 2 x one-day virtual tickets (applicants to choose day) 
  • Event Fundraising: 1 x one-day in-person ticket, 2 x one-day virtual tickets (applicants to choose day)
  • Community Fundraising: 2 x one-day in-person tickets (applicants to choose day)
  • Fundraisers in Christian Organisations: 2 x one-day virtual tickets (applicants to choose day)

The Chartered Institute of Fundraising (Chartered Institute) of Canopi, 7-14 Great Dover Street, London SE1 4YR is the controller.

The information you provide in this form will be used to process your application and to provide aggregated information for the Chartered Institute and its Groups regarding the diversity of bursary applicants.

The completed form will be accessed by Chartered Institute staff on a need to know basis. Your personal information will be removed and the form pseudonymised before it is submitted to the relevant Committee made up of Chartered Institute members who will decide whether or not to award a bursary. Your name and email address will only be shared with the relevant Committee if you are successful.

We will keep your form until all bursary offers have been accepted and will then delete it securely no later than 31 July 2024.
