Stacey Lavery

Senior Philanthropy Manager at Anthony Nolan Trust

Hello! My name is Stacey and have been a fundraiser for almost 16 years and  have spent the past six years as the Fundraising Manager at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM), the oldest and first institution of its kind dedicated to research and education in the field of tropical medicine.

I have worked for organisations such as The Liverpool Comedy Trust (who I am now a Trustee for) and The Royal Court Trust whilst undertaking consultancy work for a variety of organisations including The Anthony Walker Foundation, Capoeria CIC, The Liverpool Athenaeum, St George’s Quarter CIC, Employability Solutions and the James Bulger Trust. I am also a member of the CIoF regional North-West Committee.

I am passionate about the impact that philanthropy can make and, as a Scouser born and bred, I am delighted to represent the professional development needs of fundraisers in the North-West region as a member of the Convention Board.

Outside of work you can find me in the hills and mountains, wild camping and learning to map read. I love to read, keep fit, cook and entertain friends and family. I love meeting new people so please come and say hello if you see me at Fundraising Convention or reach out to me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stacey-lavery/
