James has worked in charity digital for over 15 years. He currently uses that experience to help a variety of different charities realise their digital and content opportunities. He has a deep understanding of the charity sector and how to create products that meet the needs of users, whilst generating income for the organisation.
James’ particular focus is on understanding people. From creating services that help individuals get what they want, to collaborative projects that build organisations’ capabilities – he takes a collaborative approach which builds bridges and consensus.
