Natalie Bowen

Charity Partnerships Director at IXL Trading

With over two decades of strategic fundraising expertise, Natalie Bowen is a leading force in ethical donor acquisition as the Charity Partnerships Director at IXL. She pioneers innovative, big-data-driven campaigns that have elevated non-profit success for global medical-based charities, achieving industry-leading retention rates.

Natalie’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) is exemplified through her founding of #Changetheratio, an initiative aimed at promoting equitable representation in the tech sector. Through this advocacy, Natalie has worked tirelessly to challenge industry norms and elevate underrepresented voices. Her work with #Changetheratio has driven conversations around diversity in tech, focusing on creating pathways for marginalized groups and promoting inclusive policies across the sector.

As a Convention Board Member for the Chartered Institute of Fundraising (CIOF), Natalie leverages her fundraising expertise to create impactful strategies that support the convention’s mission. She is dedicated to fostering relationships with partners, ensuring that each CIOF event delivers measurable success and advances the field of fundraising.
