Jon has over 25 years experience in fundraising & marketing both charity and agency side. He currently leads the RSPCA’s mass public fundraising & has devised & implemented a growth strategy that is generating in excess of £130m per annum for the Society (and growing fast). Previously Jon worked at both WaterAid and Prostate Cancer UK at Senior Leadership level, and prior to that ran a fundraising agency that worked across the sector, employing hundreds of people and raising millions for a huge range of causes. Jon is passionate about the Third Sector and has a particular interest in Strategy and Culture.
