Lindsay Tilston Jones

Head of Community Fundraising at Shelter at Shelter

Lindsay has been in professional fundraising for over 20 years and many more before that. She is now entering her 5th year at Shelter and has been an integral part of building their Community Fundraising programme and team to the large, high performing team it is today. Lindsay leads the North of England and heads up many projects and partnerships across the organisation and is responsible for instigating a successful culture change and cross team working culture and bringing national (mostly London centric events and initiatives) to a wider audience across the country. Lindsay Is looking forward to seeing the Income Generation strategy come to life and seeing and genuinely new and innovative fundraising culture succeed, both at Shelter and across the sector. This is Lindsay’s second time on the Convention Board (the first 2007-2010) and she is pleased to be back part of it.
