Early Career Fundraisers Package

Again at this years Convention, we are running a track specifically targeted at early career fundraisers. You might be interested in a career in fundraising or in your first three years of fundraising and wondering how to progress in the sector. You might be new to the world of work, a career switcher who is new to the sector, returning from an extended career break, or a prospective fundraiser.  Whatever your situation, if you are at the start of a career in fundraising then this is the Convention package for you. 

The Early Careers package offers a heavily subsidised ticket to two days of Fundraising Convention 2026, meeting with peers in a dedicated space. 

Each morning will consist of talks and workshops, followed by lunch with guest speakers and seasoned fundraisers. The afternoons can then be spent soaking up the atmosphere of Fundraising Convention 2026, attending sessions, taking advantage of career advice and support and exploring the suite of courses and qualifications we offer with a Chartered Institute of Fundraising learning expert.

To ensure the programme supports new participants, the Early Career Fundraiser programme is open to those who have not taken part in previous years. We therefore kindly ask past participants not to apply.
