Dragon Boat Race - Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital Charity

Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Charity’s dragon boat race is a standout, cultivation event designed specifically to engage new corporate supporters from across the West Midlands in an inclusive team building event a whole organisation could get behind. 

The event had bold objectives: 

  1. To deliver the biggest amount raised by the charity in a single event. 

  1. To be cost neutral. 

  1. To cultivate new relationships. 

  1. To deliver a great experience. 

  1. To make it the FOMO event of the region. 

The event hit capacity through word of mouth only, surpassed all financial targets, but more importantly established itself as the biggest corporate fundraising event in the West Midlands. 

Comedy Takeover - Human Appeal

UK humanitarian aid charity Human Appeal’s purpose is to save lives through emergency response and sustainable development programmes, across over 25 countries worldwide. Human Appeal held a ‘Comedy Takeover’, which took place across 12 cities across the country in December 2022. The much-loved comedy tour gained notable media coverage across many platforms including BBC Radio, to spread awareness on the disaster, and also resulted in £1.5M being raised in donations for flood relief project, to rebuild homes in Pakistan for those affected by the devastating floods.

Santa Abseil - St Margaret's Hospice Care

St Margaret’s Hospice Care’s Santa Abseil returned for its second year providing an exclusive and distinctive charity experience in Cheddar like no other.

Held in December 2023, brave participants from across Somerset abseiled 60ft down the iconic Cheddar Gorge, one of Britain’s most iconic landmarks, dressed as Santa to raise funds for St Margaret’s Hospice.

This fantastic event not only offered a unique and exhilarating experience for participants but also fostered a sense of community engagement and support for the hospice’s vital work. Participants, spectators, and volunteers shared in the festive spirit and raised £10,000 to support a noble cause, creating a memorable and meaningful event for all.
