Paul Amadi

Chief Supporter Officer at British Red Cross

Paul joined the British Red Cross in July 2018 as its new Chief Supporter Officer. Before that Paul was Executive Director of Fundraising and Engagement at the MS Society. Paul has also held Director of Fundraising roles at Diabetes UK, NSPCC, and RNIB. 

Paul is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and served as chair of the International Fundraising Congress, Europe’s largest annual gathering of fundraisers. Recently Paul became the Chair of the European Public Support Group, an international coalition of Red Cross societies who come together to create and share best comms and fundraising practice. 

Paul is passionate about the work of the British Red Cross, as are their loyal, committed and energetic supporters, and has been privileged to lead income generation & marketing activity at the most stretching of times including Covid, Ukraine and latterly Israel and the Occupied Territories.  Paul’s role is to ensure anyone who wants to support them can do so in ways that suit them.
