Thriving at Work Award
This award is for an organisation, team or individual whose initiative has put the wellbeing of fundraisers at the forefront, and thus supported and enabled fundraisers to thrive.
This may be for any type of wellbeing initiative that took place in whole or part from 1 January 2023 to 31 July 2024.
Your entry should include:
- Details of outputs achieved that merit recognition
- How the initiative(s) made a difference to the physical and/or mental wellbeing of fundraisers
- How the diversity of fundraisers was considered, and how a range of measures were put in place so that everyone could have access to and benefit from the initiative
- How the intiative(s) has contributed to the management of workplace stress
- What efforts are being made to share learning, and how the initiative’s success can be replicated
