Best Supporter Experience of the Year
For a charity, department or individual that has placed supporters at the heart of fundraising.
This award looks at how charities might operate and equip fundraisers to deliver the best supporter experience based on identified best practice and shared examples which took place in whole or part during 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2023.
Entries should include:
- What motivated and inspired new supporters
- How the charity looked at fundraising from the perspective of the supporter
- What methods were put in place to enhance the supporters experience
- How was improvement measured
- How were the charities methods innovative
- What platforms were used and why
