Best Supporter Experience

This Award is for a charity, department or individual that has placed the supporter experience at the heart of their fundraising. This award looks at how charities deliver exceptional supporter experiences that result in increased loyalty, commitment and possibly income.

This could be for a specific campaign, your overall approach throughout the year, or even focused on particular supporters, organisations or individuals. 

Entries should include:

  • What exceptional experience was delivered?
  • How did you know this was the right experience to deliver?
  • How did you know that the experience made a difference to how the supporter/supporters felt about your organisation?
  • How have you measured/how are you measuring the impact of the experience on commitment to your mission/organisation?
