Tracey Pritchard

Director of Engagement and Income Generation at the RSPCA

Tracey has a fascination for engaging people in positive social impact. Having started out as a fundraiser followed by broader engagement roles, she has worked across animal welfare, environment, children, human rights, disability and cancer in fundraising and engagement leadership roles and also as a trustee.

Tracey joined the team at RSPCA 3 years ago as Director of Engagement and Income Generation. She leads an integrated, audience-first approach across fundraising, brand and marketing that has good customer experience at its heart. As with previous roles, she is building a collaborative team that is confident about the thoughts and feelings of their audiences and is holistic in the way it responds.

Outside of work, Tracey is a keen cyclist, walker and mountaineer. She has a passion for the outdoors and nature that has been adopted by her two children. She is a strong advocate for taking great care of the planet and everything that lives on it.
