Eligibility:
The partnership should have taken place in the last 12 months. Nominations should be made by the charity for whom the grant giver supported, they cannot be made by the nominee.
Please include some or all of the criteria from below in your supporting statement:
- The main objective of the partnership
- Any mutual benefits, including non-financial
- The successes
- A quote from the grant giver about the partnership
