Just a HUGE thank you to Kim. It was the best course I've ever attended - insightful, directly applicable, a good background of interesting theory and research that blended with clear tips on how to put it all into practice. And I left with a roadmap of how to implement these new ideas within my role and organisation, so the next morning I was ready to get cracking! Not only that, she filled us with confidence - fundraising can sometimes be a frustrating place to work but I feel Kim made us feel excited again about our own roles, refreshed and ready to take on new challenges. I can't recommend the course highly enough. Thank you.
